The Pilot
For over a decade, Paul flew commercial aircraft across Europe and beyond. He understood systems, checklists, and the critical importance of making the right decisions under pressure.
But in 2020, the world changed. The aviation industry collapsed overnight, and Paul found himself grounded — not just physically, but professionally. Everything he'd built his identity around was gone.
What happened next wasn't a gentle career pivot. It was a complete reinvention.

Chapter Two
The Pivot
Paul discovered something most businesses were ignoring: the gap between getting attention and converting it into revenue. Leads were flooding in, but conversations weren't happening.
He saw that WhatsApp — the app 2 billion people already use every day — was the missing piece. Not as a broadcast tool, but as a genuine conversation channel.
Client Funnels was born from that insight. And the aviation thinking came with it. Every campaign follows a Flight Plan: Takeoff (capture leads), Cruise (build trust), Landing (convert sales).
What I Believe
Conversations beat broadcast
The best sales don't happen in inboxes or ad funnels. They happen in real, human conversations — and WhatsApp is where those conversations live.
Speed to lead matters
The gap between someone raising their hand and you responding is where most revenue dies. Proximity and speed are everything.
Automation should support, not replace
Smart automation creates space for better human conversations. It should never replace the personal touch that closes deals.

I believe in bold, confident positioning. Not arrogant — but clear about the value, clear about the price, and clear about who it's for.
Beyond Business
Outside of Client Funnels, Paul is a UEFA C qualified football coach, working with youth teams including girls' football at Chilcompton Sports. He's based in Bath, originally from Leeds, and brings that slightly sarcastic northern humour to everything he does.
He's a firm believer that the best businesses are built by people who care about more than just the numbers.
