Keynote speaker

Your audience leaves with a system. Not a feeling.

Practical, energising talks on conversation-led selling, from someone who still builds the systems he talks about.

Ex-pilot turned sales rebel, Paul helps bold business owners turn WhatsApp into a higher-converting sales channel without cold DMs, clunky funnels or big ad budgets. The Sales & Marketing Flight Plan® creates more conversations through First Class experiences, built for better lead capture from stage, sold-out events and serious launches.

Paid bookings. Fees are scoped to format, audience size and date.

No pitch unless you ask for one. I usually reply within a few hours on a working day.

The party trick

98% of the room scanned a QR code.

At Expert Empires in 2026 I was told there would be no pitching, no landing page, no funnel. So I put a QR code on the screen and asked whether anyone wanted to carry on the conversation afterwards. 98% of the room scanned it.

That is worth knowing if you run events, because the same mechanic works for you. Your audience leaves in a channel you can still reach the following week, and so do you.

The practical bit

Easy to brief. Easy to run.

Keynotes, masterclasses and workshops can be delivered in person or online. Travel, format and AV are agreed upfront. For the QR-led audience-capture format, I need a screen and enough time for a clear call to action.

Paid bookings are scoped against the format, audience size and event date. Message me with the event details and I will tell you quickly whether it is a fit.

No pitch unless you ask for one. I usually reply within a few hours on a working day.

The commercial bit

The strongest event follow-up begins before the audience walks out. The one-pager covers the session options, practical requirements and the conversation-led audience capture approach.

Less overthinking. More talking.

Give the room a reason to carry on the conversation.

Try the system for yourself. Start a conversation, see how the handover works, and tell me what you are trying to make happen.
