Conversations That Change Business
Most businesses don't have a lead problem. They have a conversation problem. Paul shows where interested buyers quietly slip away, why more email won't bring them back, and how a well-designed WhatsApp conversation turns attention into sales.
Mayday, Mayday
Pilots are trained to stay calm, follow the checklist and make good decisions when things go wrong. Paul takes those cockpit habits into business: how to respond fast, keep the human in charge and stop good leads crashing before they land.
The Great Personal Space Invasion
The phone in your pocket is personal space, and businesses are queuing to get in. Paul's keynote from The Big Festoon on how to earn a place in someone's WhatsApp, and what happens when you abuse it.

Long bio
Paul Green is a former airline pilot and the founder of Client Funnels, a UK consultancy that helps businesses turn WhatsApp into their best sales channel. Paul trained at CAE Oxford Aviation Academy and flew across Europe for flybmi and Flybe. When both airlines collapsed, he took what the cockpit had taught him about systems, checklists, calm decisions under pressure, and applied it to sales. His story has been covered by BBC News, BBC Breakfast, The Times, The Sunday Times and the Financial Times. Today Paul designs and builds the WhatsApp conversations that close the gap between someone showing interest and someone buying. His Sales & Marketing Flight Plan® is used by coaches, consultants, educators and service businesses. He speaks at events including Expert Empires and Momentum Unlocked, and his book, The Conversation Gap, is forthcoming from Rethink Press. Before flying, Paul was a theatre lighting designer, working with the Royal Opera House and Rambert Dance Company. He lives in Bath.
